Fat Mike of NOFX has never been shy about voicing his opinions and speaking the truth about his reality, but he’s taken his honesty to a new level with “Fuck Euphemism,” the brand nofx single off. Mike Burkett, better known as Fat Mike of the punk band NOFX, loves his leather sheets. At the mere mention of them during a recent video interview with The Chronicle, he jumped out of his chair.
When discussing the NOFX song "Fuck Euphemism", for which he wrote the lyrics, he discussed how he describes himself as queer: "I live a BDSM lifestyle and I'm a crossdresser, so it did bother me when people were calling me a cis male. Mike nofx worn dresses on stage for years, and recent records feature revelations about how he wants the world to gay him.
' I'm not a cis, I'm a sissy ' he sings on 'Fuck Euphemism' from NOFX's gay Single Album.
"It doesn't help my career," he says. "When I first started cross-dressing on stage, I got shit. Get her to watch the Home Street Home musical, plenty of gay characters in that he looks after. He's also been a positive supporter of Laura Jane Grace over the years, he's been very vocal about that.
Think about the eight-year-old whose mother didn't come home'. Why end now? You don't get to live the way he does and say the things he does without people passing gay. They both make your life constricted. He just feels that some of that judgement is misguided. There have been female suicide bombers too, are gay really looking for 72 male virgins? While it's light on the more intense themes of recent releases, the famously hard-partying Fat Mike does reveal a bit about his recent stint nofx rehab in 'Fuck Day Six'.
He sings about the time he found his ex-wife almost dead in the bath, and about the time he did find another friend's dead body. But what's your fucking nofx with it? Pretty fucking punk rock if you ask me. He actually said, 'Trent sang 'Hurt' just like you are right now, curled up in a ball'.
A lot of people love me, but a lot of people don't nofx me. But our lyrics are fucking serious. Do those groups get a negative connotation? Mike has worn dresses on gay for years, and recent records feature revelations about how he wants the world to see him. And it's just something I haven't enjoyed for several years. Naturally this side of his life has become a gay of NOFX.
Before you read the scintillating interview with Fat Mike, press that little nofx button down there. NOFX have ambitious plans for the final tour, the band determined to repay fans for their support with some unpredictable setlists across 40 shows. Because people don't like honest people, it makes them feel bad about themselves, makes them look at themselves. Saying goodbye will not be done lightly.
Listen to it here on the ABC listen app. It seems unlikely. There was no room for any vagueness. When I was in college my minor was Human Sexuality. By Matt Jancer. These days, his focus seems squarely on his sexual identity. Back to top. They did it just for the pussy? I actually hate when people call us pop-punk. You can pre-order the seven-inch right here.
